UHT plate-type is PLC controlled, with optional capacity from 3t/hr to 20t/hr.  This system works in aseptic section and normal 

section for filling with low,medium and high temperature.  The seven-section heat exchanger reduces energy waste to its lowest 

level.  Perfectly designed CIP and SIP system completely meets requirement of cleaning and sterilization. UHT water is used for 

heating materil and filling exit temperature adjustment.  Featuring high accuracy.  The main components of this system are from 

the world famous suppliers as Alfa Laval, APV, Spirax,  Simens, Festo, etc. 

 

 

 

UHT pipe-type is PLC controlled, with optional capacity from 3t/hr to 20t/hr.  This system is automatically controlled with four units:  

pre-sterilization, production,water recycling and CIP.   For filling acidic products and water temperature control, the equipment is 

designed with sealed pre-sterilization system of UHT water to ensure reliable and efficiency sterilization.  CIP and SIP system are 

designed for entire cleaning and sterilization.   The main components of this system are from the world famous suppliers as Alfa 

Laval, APV, Spirax,  Simens, Festo, etc.
